2025 Terra School Fête: A Night of Community & Creativity
At Terra School at Serenbe, education goes beyond textbooks—it’s rooted in community, imagination, and meaningful connection with the natural world. That spirit was on full display at our 2nd Annual Fête, where families, friends, and supporters came together to celebrate and invest in the future of our learner-centric school.
We’re thrilled to share that this year’s event was a resounding success. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised over $50,000 for the Terra Annual Fund, bringing our total to $270,000 for the 2024–25 school year—a major milestone in just our second year.
What This Makes Possible
Every dollar raised helps us continue building a school experience unlike any other in the Atlanta area. Your support means:
Two new 15-passenger vans for off-campus learning adventures
A new playset and enhanced outdoor learning areas
Expanded STEAM materials to fuel innovation and creativity
Increased academic support for both elementary and middle school students
Doubled financial aid funds to ensure accessibility for more families
Coming Soon: The Hidden Library
The Hidden Library was designed by Terra parent and WHCO Architect, William Hunter.
In addition to Annual Fund gifts, nearly $100,000 was raised for our Hidden Library project—a magical space designed to blend nature, reflection, and reading. Set to break ground on June 1, the Hidden Library will provide a peaceful retreat for students and much-needed additional classroom space.
We believe this new space will embody everything Terra stands for: wonder, curiosity, and a deep connection to learning and nature.
Thank You to Our Volunteers
The success of this event wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless work of our volunteers. Special thanks to our Fundraising Committee and our 2025 Fête Event Chair, Lynette Horner, for making this vision come to life. And of course, to our talented band Grateful to ’Be and guest performers—your music made the night unforgettable.
Why It Matters
Events like the Fête are more than fundraisers. They’re moments that reflect who we are—a growing school community committed to whole-child learning, STEAM education, and a slower, richer life just south of Atlanta.
Whether you’re already part of the Terra family or just getting to know us, we invite you to learn more about how we’re reimagining education here in Chattahoochee Hills.
